Position Qualifications:

 

Bachelor’s degree in Education, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

 

Education Required

 

  • Experience developing educational resources.

  • Experience providing focused training in large and small group settings.

  • Experience communicating technical information to non-technical customers, both orally and in writing

  • Experience with Audio/Visual editing software (Captivate, Camtasia)

  • Experience working independently with a strong focus on customer service.

  • Effective communication skills, both orally and in writing.

  • Strong proficiency in Windows and MS Office

Desired Qualifications

 

  • Education credentials and adult classroom teaching

  • Experience (typically 2+ years) in application and/or technical support.
