Qualifications:

Education or Equivalency Required
Bachelor’s degree in biology, chemistry, laboratory science, business, or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

Required Qualifications
  • Demonstrate at least six months of direct supervision of professional staff.
  • Demonstrate high proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to perform tasks that require accuracy and detail-level attention at a working level of proficiency.
  • Demonstrates extensive, typically one to three years, customer service skills.

Highly Desirable Qualifications
  • Demonstrate one to three years of direct supervision of professional staff, is preferred.
  • Experience with laboratory information systems/laboratory information management systems.

Desirable Qualifications
  • Previous experience working in a laboratory setting.
  • Experience working with and complying with non-negotiable deadlines.
