 Duties to include:

  • Staff will support our Occupational Health Clinic patients.
  • Under direct supervision of physician, physician assistant, nurse practitioner or registered nurse.
  • Performs technical, patient care and related clerical functions in an ambulatory setting.
  • Duties may involve the use of electronic word/data processing equipment and/or conventional office equipment.

Percent of Time: 80% (32 hours per week)

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, no holiday and weekend time, no on-call time.

Location: Coralville, IA

Pay Grade: 10 https://hr.uiowa.edu/pay/merit-plan

Salary: $ 38,875.20 - $57,803.20 / Hourly: $18.69 - $27.79 (based on years of experience)

Minimum Eligibility Requirements

  • Licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with the Iowa Board of Nursing, or eligible for temporary work permit. Responsible to take the required continuing education hours to maintain a valid LPN certification.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support provider.

Desired Qualifications

  • Previous occupational health experience
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Previous Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience successfully collaborating in a multiple disciplinary team
