Licensed Practical Nurse - UI Health Care Sioux City Family Medicine 90%
Minimum Eligibility Requirements
- Licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with the Iowa Board of Nursing, or eligible for temporary work permit. Responsible to take the required continuing education hours to maintain a valid LPN certification
- Basic Cardiac Life Support provider
Special Qualification/License:
- Driver's License and ability to meet UI Fleet Safety Standards.
Highly Desirable Qualifications
- Previous EPIC experience.
Desirable Qualifications
- Ability to demonstrate teamwork and autonomy in all aspects of the role.
- Previous ambulatory or Family Medicine Clinic experience.
- Previous immunization and Phlebotomy experience.
Staff may be required to receive a passing score on work samples to be considered for this position
