Minimum Eligibility Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to follow oral and written instructions.

Special Qualifications:

  • A valid driver’s license is required, as well as an ability to meet University of Iowa Driving Policy.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Effective communication skills
  • Aptitude for math
  • Practiced critical thinking skills
  • Intermediate computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Able to follow verbal and written instructions
  • Respectful communications in all interactions, including ability to work with and around people with various backgrounds
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to prioritize and organize multiple tasks
