Management Services Manager - Environmental Services- North Liberty

Experience Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required
• Considerable (3-5 years) management experience
• Considerable (3-5 years) of custodial experience
• Proficiency in computer software applications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated experience with time management (i.e. setting priorities and managing multiple demands effectively)
• Considerable (5+ years) experience in customer service driven environment
• Minimum (2+ years) management experience working in a health care setting
• Ability to move up to 50 pounds 

Desirable Qualifications

• Prior experience working in a large (500 + bed) academic medical facility
• Knowledge of the full spectrum of facilities management activities; ability to maintain, care for and develop commercial and physical facilities
• Ability to plan, mobilize and distribute resources to fulfill business objective and plans, may require ability to plan and administer a budget
• Ability to form and manage effective teams
• Certified Healthcare Environmental Services Professional(CHESP) credential
• Certification of Mastery of Infection Prevention (CMIP)
