Management Services Manager - Environmental Services- North Liberty
Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required
- Considerable (3-5 years) management experience
- Considerable (3-5 years) of custodial experience
- Proficiency in computer software applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated experience with time management (i.e. setting priorities and managing multiple demands effectively)
- Considerable (5+ years) experience in customer service driven environment
- Minimum (2+ years) management experience working in a health care setting
- Ability to move up to 50 pounds
Desirable Qualifications
- Prior experience working in a large (500 + bed) academic medical facility
- Knowledge of the full spectrum of facilities management activities; ability to maintain, care for and develop commercial and physical facilities
- Ability to plan, mobilize and distribute resources to fulfill business objective and plans, may require ability to plan and administer a budget
- Ability to form and manage effective teams
- Certified Healthcare Environmental Services Professional(CHESP) credential
- Certification of Mastery of Infection Prevention (CMIP)
