Manager, Capital Budget

Required

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Accounting or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required. 
• 7 years of accounting, auditing, cost accounting, budget and/or financial analysis experience.
• Demonstrated proficiency in complex financial and statistical analysis and presentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated proficiency in computer software applications.
• Demonstrated ability to resolve problems and develop operational solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and manage a high performing and collaborative team
• Demonstrated experience working effectively in a welcoming and respectful workplace environment.

Highly Desired

• 4 years of relevant healthcare accounting experience.  Preference given to a background in an academic setting

 Desired

• A Master’s degree in Business Administration or Accounting
• Knowledge of University of Iowa financial and operational policies and procedures
