Manager, Capital Budget
Required
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Accounting or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- 7 years of accounting, auditing, cost accounting, budget and/or financial analysis experience.
- Demonstrated proficiency in complex financial and statistical analysis and presentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated proficiency in computer software applications.
- Demonstrated ability to resolve problems and develop operational solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and manage a high performing and collaborative team
- Demonstrated experience working effectively in a welcoming and respectful workplace environment.
Highly Desired
- 4 years of relevant healthcare accounting experience. Preference given to a background in an academic setting
- A Master’s degree in Business Administration or Accounting
- Knowledge of University of Iowa financial and operational policies and procedures
