Manager, UIDL - Department of Pathology
Required Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Hospital/Health Administration or Business Administration, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3-5 years directly related marketing, healthcare administrative, or business experience
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in directly related capacity in a referral testing program, with some supervisory experience
- Reasonable knowledge of accounting, data processing, and personnel administration
- Considerable knowledge of similar hospital/departmental policies and procedures
- Proficiency in computer software applications
- Demonstrated job-related experience with and/or commitment to diversity in the work/academic environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Desirable Qualifications:
- Membership in CLMA (Clinical Laboratory Management Association) or ASCP (American Society for Clinical Pathology)
- Experience with physician office administration
