Manufacturing Specialist
Education Requirement
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience Required
Demonstrates a basic level of proficiency in the following competencies or qualifications:
• Ability to effectively and accurately exchange, transmit, receive, and interpret ideas, information and needs with team members through appropriate communication methods.
• Ability to efficiently adapt to changes or difficulties and adjust tactics accordingly utilizing learning opportunities.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office or comparable software (i.e., Word, Excel).
• Ability to work collaboratively and professionally within a diverse work environment.
Demonstrates a working level of proficiency in the following competencies or qualifications:
• Ability to independently and accurately perform detailed work following precise written procedures.
• Ability to learn new procedures and equipment.
Desirable Qualifications
Demonstrates a basic level of proficiency in the following competencies or qualifications:
• Sterile processes
and/or
• Equipment maintenance
Experience in a manufacturing environment involving any of the following: direct production, quality assurance, or quality control.
Demonstrates a basic level of proficiency in chemical safety, confined space, or personal protective equipment.
