Neurology - Clinic Services Specialist - Neuropsychology
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Minimum 1 year experience working in a medical/clinic setting.
Knowledge of clinical scheduling and coordination of patient activities.
Previous experience with EPIC/EHR.
Experience in writing/developing correspondence with patients, internal/external providers.
Previous experience which demonstrates proficiency in computer software applications (MS Word, Excel, and Outlook).
Demonstrated experience working independently with the ability to prioritize tasks in a clinical setting.
Capacity to help others and to empathize with special patient care.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge of University of Iowa policies and procedures.
Customer service experience or training.
Knowledge of billing/compliances.
