Nurse Clinical Coordinator - UI Heath Care River Crossing and West Liberty Clinics 100%
Required Qualifications:
- A Baccalaureate degree in Nursing is required
- 1-3 years of nursing experience is required
- Valid license to practice nursing in the state of Iowa
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Internet
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Driver's License and ability to meet UI Fleet Safety Standards
Desired Qualifications:
- 1 to 3 years' experience in patient care, particularly those with ambulatory specialty, family med or pediatrics
- Demonstrated leadership and training skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with patients, families, and health care workers
- Familiarity with UI Health Care and ambulatory clinic workflows
- Minimum 1 year experience leading changes in nursing-based care (i.e. team based care or similar initiatives)
- Minimum 1 year ambulatory leadership experience (i.e. charge nurse, etc.)
- Previous experience successfully working autonomously
- Previous experience leading survey readiness for accreditation
