Nurse Innovator Program Liaison
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in health or science related field with 2 years of experience; Bachelor’s degree in health or science related field with 4 years of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to be a liaison and influence decision makers.
- Familiarity with hospital and clinical environments.
- Must have valid driver's license and be able to meet the University of Iowa Fleet Management Driver’s safety requirements.
Desirable Qualifications
- Experience supporting new initiatives within a hospital or health system.
- Demonstrated ability to identify areas that require new solutions or innovation to solve an existing problem.
- Experience developing a prototype to solve a problem.
- Community building and Inter-personal engagement.
- Demonstrated ability to connect and engage with nurses and healthcare leadership in new initiatives.
- Commitment to elevating and supporting nurses.
