Nursing Manager - Radiology

Education Required

·         Master’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. 

Experience Required

·         3 years current experience in Critical Care or Emergency Treatment Care is required.

·         Demonstrated skill in leadership/management and experience in clinical practice required.

·         Demonstrates time management, organization of workload, problem solving, attention to detail and thoroughness.

·         Demonstrated job related experience with and/or commitment to diversity in the work/academic environment.

·         Demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills.

·         Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills.   

·         Experience with EKG interpretation and IV placement is required.          

Certifications

·         Current license to practice nursing in Iowa is required by date of hire.

·         BLS certification is required.

Desirable Qualifications

·         Experience in procedural sedation is desired.
