Nursing Practice Leader - Nursing Quality
Required Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Nursing, Professional Masters of Nursing and Healthcare Practice (MNHP) or MSN/Clinical Nurse Leader.
- Current license to practice nursing in Iowa or ability to obtain an Iowa license by date of hire is required.
- Certification in Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) or similar specialty
certification through a nationally recognized professional nursing certification
body within 2 years of assuming position.
- Demonstrated
expertise in fall/injury prevention and quality and safety.
Previous experience preparing and presenting education programs such as orientation or in-service training.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
Must be proficient in computer software applications.
Desired Qualifications:
Experience conducting audits, analyzing data and presenting results.
