· On Campus: This position is performed fully on the campus of the University Medical Center.
· This position is full-time, 100%.
· Work Schedule: Falls between 7:30am – 5:00pm

Qualifications | Senior Occupational Therapist | Behavioral Health
Required Qualifications:
· A minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy is required.
· Licensure in accordance with the Iowa Board of Physical and Occupational Therapy is required.
· 2+ years of experience in Occupational Therapy is required, with a high degree of understanding and skill in patients with behavioral health needs.
· Demonstrated skills in clinical education abilities.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
Desirable Qualifications:
· 3+ years of experience in Occupational Therapy.
· 3+ years of experience in the practice of behavioral health.
· Demonstrated experience as part of a multidisciplinary medical team.
· Ability to practice in an autonomous manner.
· Demonstrated effectiveness and efficiency in provision of patient care.
· Demonstrated effort to enhance one’s own knowledge, skills, and abilities.
· Demonstrated program/service development or quality improvement projects.
