Office Manager NNLM All of Us Community Engagement Center
Required Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 6 months to 1 year minimum of administrative experience.
- Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, accessibility and inclusion in an academic environment, workplace setting, and/or community.
- Highly proficient using computer software, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Must be highly organized with an ability to efficiently store and retrieve departmental files and order and manage stock of materials.
- Ability to provide basic troubleshooting on computer and printer issues and refer more complex issues to the appropriate division.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience supporting a contract or grant.
- Experience working in an academic environment, preferably in an academic library.
