Payroll Data & Business Analyst

Position Qualifications:

Education Required

·     A bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field or  equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience Required

·     3 years of experience in data/business analytics

·     Excellent analytical skills including the ability to analyze a variety of data,   determine validity, draw conclusions, and make recommendations

·     Experience with reporting, analyzing, improving processes, and   recommending solutions

·     Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, balance multiple priorities, and to ensure a high level of accuracy in work produced

·    Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to effectively transmit, receive and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through appropriate communication methods

·    Ability to work with users at all levels of experience as a team member, team lead, and as a self-motivated sole contributor is required

·    Proficient use of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint

Desirable Experience

·    Working proficiency with Oracle PeopleSoft and SQL

·    Systems testing

·    Project Management skills
