Position Qualifications:
Education
Required
·
Bachelor’s degree in
healthcare or business administration, finance, accounting or a similar
discipline; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience
Requirements
·
1-3 years of related healthcare,
business or education program/project management experience is required.
·
Excellent written and verbal
communication and interpersonal skills are required.
·
Must be proficient in computer
software applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Desirable
Qualifications
·
Knowledge of University policies,
procedures and regulations.
·
Experience reviewing and managing
financials and expense budgets.
·
Experience with graduate medical
education.
·
Experience with Epic and Epic
reporting.
Highly
Desirable Qualifications
·
6 months to 1 year experience
coordinating or managing a graduate medical education (residency or fellowship)
program.
·
1 to 3 years of experience
coordinating or managing a program.
· Knowledge of ACGME requirements and
standards.
