Perioperative Robotic Coordinator
- A Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is required.
- Current license to practice nursing in Iowa
- A minimum of one year recent OR nursing experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrates skills for leading change and implementation of evidence based practice.
- Demonstrates expertise in specific (Perioperative) clinical area of practice is required.
- Collaborates and develops effective interpersonal relationships with nursing staff, medical staff, interdisciplinary teams, and other hospital departments.
- Demonstrates skills in leadership/management roles.
- CNOR certification is preferred. If applicant does not have CNOR certification at time of hire, will require applicant to test within six months of hire.
- Member/involvement in professional organizations
- Master’s Degree in Nursing is desirable.
- Experience conducting staff education is desirable
- Extensive knowledge or desire to learn Microsoft Excel and Access
