Education Requirement
•    B.S. in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, Industrial Technology or similar field or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

Minimum 1 years’ experience in: 

•    Clean Rooms certification, airflow measurements, HEPA integrity testing, recoveries, and particle count.
•    Performance of installation, maintenance, calibration, repair and/or has overseen contractors in the installation, maintenance, calibration and repair of the systems and equipment. 
•    Use of blueprints, PI&D, general troubleshooting of equipment problems including the use of manuals or parts catalogs.
•    Prior exposure to GMP environment including gowning. 
•    Use of precision measuring instruments or electronic testing devices.
•    Authoring and execution of maintenance forms and other technical documents.
•    Effective performance in multi-disciplinary teams in a diverse environment.
•    Creation and editing of moderately difficult documents in MS Excel and Word or comparable programs.  

A valid driver’s license, plus the ability to meet and maintain compliance with the University Driving Policy. 

Desirable Qualifications

•    Knowledge of HEPA Filters repairs and replacements.
•    Knowledge of environmental monitoring equipment including particle counters, air data multimeters and smoke testing.

•    Knowledge of depyrogenation tunnel’s ISO certifications.
•    Knowledge of autoclaves thermal mapping. 
•    Background and skills in calibration and metrology. Calibration including pressure and temperature sensors. 
•    HVAC clean room air balancing knowledge. 
•    Thermal mapping of depyrogenation tunnels using equipment such as Kay-Validators.
•    Steam and or WFI sampling per regulatory requirements.
