Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business administration or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Successful completion of the pharmacy technician certification exam within nine months of the start of employment.

Experience Requirements:

  • Reasonable (1-3 years) experience with supply management principles/applications and procurement. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with an emphasis on Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to provide and accept ideas and suggestions in a constructive and helpful manner.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, creating positive working relationships with team members including healthcare providers, vendors, supply chain staff and pharmacy staff.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Knowledge and/or experience with PeopleSoft, Epic, McKesson Connect, 340B, and Macrohelix™.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of supply chain management and operational improvement in a pharmacy setting.
  • Ability to effectively multi-task, keeping multiple initiatives moving forward simultaneously.
  • Previous pharmacy experience.
  • Certification in supply chain management.
