Pharmacy Technician Training Program Associate

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Successful completion of the pharmacy technician certification exam within twelve months of the start of employment.

Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a pharmacy technician or pharmacy-related experience.

Job related experience and/or commitment to diversity in the work environment is required.

Job related experience and/or commitment to service excellence is required.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.

Excellent interpersonal skills, creating positive working relationships with team members.

Completion of a formal pharmacy technician training program

Experience with providing education to staff or completion of an educational training program

Member of national or state pharmacy association

Job-related experience in a hospital setting.

Experience with automation/technology, human resources management, and project management.

Ability to effectively multi-task and keep multiple initiatives moving forward simultaneously.
