Physician Assistant - Pediatrics Endocrinology
Education Required:
Must comply with registration and licensure requirements as specified by the Iowa Board of Physician Assistant Examiners which include graduation from an accredited PA educational program and/or certification by the NCCPA.
- Current certification as Physician Assistant.
- Current license to practice as a physician assistant in the State of Iowa.
Experience Requirements
Demonstrated ability to work independently with indirect supervision, critical thinking/problem solving skills and is attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Federal DEA license.
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills are required.
Highly Desirable Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience or previous experience that demonstrates knowledge in the clinical care of pediatric patients.
- Knowledge and experience in child endocrine & diabetes
- Knowledge and experience in ambulatory care.
