Program Coordinator - CDD (Remote eligible w/in IA)
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- Minimum 1 year of experience supporting the daily operations of a program.
- Demonstrated exceptional organizational skills, showing the ability to handle multiple tasks, establish priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office software applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience or capacity to demonstrate positive interpersonal skills and work as a cooperative team member.
- Ability to travel and work a flexible schedule when required
- Hold a valid Driver’s License, plus the ability to meet the University of Iowa Fleet Safety Program driving standards (University of Iowa Operations Manual Part V, Chapter 19)
Desired Qualifications:
- Demonstrated knowledge of and experience with managing a professional social media account.
- Experience designing publications, forms, reports, and marketing materials using Desktop publisher or other formats and software programs.
- Experience working in a position requiring excellent and timely customer service.
- Experience working with data collection and management processes.
- Experience working with and/or knowledge of mental health and/or disability services programs and disability services public policies at the state or federal level.
- Previous experience providing coordination and support to a grant-funded program.
- Proficiency in MS Office software applications Planner, One Note, and Teams
- Knowledge of University of Iowa and UI Healthcare policies, procedures and regulations.
