Program Coordinator - Department of Psychiatry - Addiction Medicine
Required Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of one-year prior experience in a support role.
Prior experience with task management that demonstrates the ability to function with a high degree of independence.
Must be detailed oriented with evidence of good organizational skills.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills indicating a comfort level with a variety of communication techniques such as individual and group discussions, email, videoconferencing, and phone conversations.
Proven good listening skills to include the ability to take direction, confirm accurate understanding of assignments, seek and incorporate feedback.
Must be proficient in computer software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite and Excel Spreadsheets.
Evidence of ability to function with a high degree of independence, taking initiative to complete tasks while under time constraints.
Demonstrated experience working effectively with colleagues and ability to actively collaborate with team members.
Demonstrated experience working effectively in a diverse environment.
Desirable Qualifications
Experience with research and data collection.
Experience working with interdisciplinary teams.
Background knowledge or familiarity with recovery from substance use disorder, or experience working with people who have a substance use disorder.
Demonstrated experience working with sensitive information and maintaining confidentiality regarding protected information.
Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams.
