Required Qualifications
•    A bachelor’s degree in psychology, business administration, nursing, social work, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
•    Minimum of one-year prior experience in a support role.
•    Prior experience with task management that demonstrates the ability to function with a high degree of independence.
•    Must be detail-oriented with evidence of good organizational skills.
•    Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills indicating a comfort level with a variety of communication techniques such as individual and group discussions, email, videoconferencing, and phone conversations.
•    Proven good listening skills to include the ability to take direction; confirm accurate understanding of assignments; seek and incorporate feedback.
•    Must be proficient in computer software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite and Excel Spreadsheets.
•    Demonstrated experience working effectively with colleagues and ability to actively collaborate with team members.
•    Ability to foster a welcoming and respectful workplace environment while recognizing personal differences.

Desirable Qualifications
•    Experience with research and data collection.
•    Experience working with interdisciplinary teams.
•    Demonstrated experience working with sensitive information and maintaining confidentiality regarding protected information.
•    Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams.
•    Knowledge and experience working with REDCap.
•    Experience with contingency management programs.

Supervision Received
Supervision is received from the Research Support Manager or Lead Project Director.
