Program Manager - ICTS Engagement, Integration and Implementation Core
· A Master's degree in public health, social sciences, or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
· Extensive experience (3-5 years) with conducting health services or implementation science research with particular emphasis on qualitative methods.
· Extensive experience (3-5 years) with planning, organizing, monitoring, and implementing projects, ensuring efficient utilization of technical and administrative resources, to achieve project objectives.
· Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools, and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.
· Must be proficient in computer software applications (MS Word, Excel, Visio).
· Excellent attention-to-detail and organizational skills are required.
· Some travel may be required.
Desirable Qualifications
· Understanding of implementation science conceptual models, implementation strategies, and outcomes.
· Must be proficient in qualitative data analysis software (MAXQDA).
· Experience in group facilitation and training is desirable.
· Experience with scientific writing is desirable.
