Program & Outreach Coordinator
Education Required: A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
Required Qualifications:
• At least one year of related experience – working in nonprofit administration.
• At least 1 - 3 years working in an educational or para-educational (extracurricular, after-school) setting with K-12 youth.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and comfort with public speaking.
• Demonstrates efficiency and organization; time management skills, including prioritizing among multiple tasks and working with tight deadlines
Desired Qualifications:
• At least three years of nonprofit management experience.
• Comprehensive understanding of IYWP structures and programming, and experience working therein.
• At least two years of experience teaching and/or mentoring undergraduate students.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet and maintain UI Fleet Safety Standards
