Education Requirement 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent combination of education and related experience

Required Qualifications

  • Current relevant experience (5 or more years) in the development and/or support of applications used by non-technical customers to support and enhance business processes
  • Experience (typically minimum 5 years) writing secure, stable, high-performance data-driven web and desktop applications using Visual Studio, SQL Server, IIS, and VB.Net.
  • Proven ability to write and customize scripts utilizing common web frameworks/languages such as CSS, JavaScript, mySQL, R, and PHP
  • Ability to manage complex information with attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Experience communicating technical information effectively to technical and non-technical staff at the verbal, written, and presentation levels

Desirable Qualifications

  • Experience with designing and managing online course content or educational applications. 
  • Experience with designing and managing large databases that require the concatenating of multiple sources.
  • Experience with developing shiny apps.
  • Supervisory experience desired.
