Project Art/Medical Museum - Art Collections Coordinator
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of related education and experience within an emphasis art collection
Required Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years experience installing artwork for a museum, gallery of similar business.
- Proficient with PastPerfect Museum and standard computer software applications.
- Proficient with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstration of strong time management skills and ability to prioritize and coordinate work load to complete multiple projects in a timely manner.
- Demonstrated creative and critical thinking skills and ability to work effectively in ambiguous and complex situations toward conflict resolutions in a positive, professional manner.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in a customer focused, team-oriented environment
- Knowledge of the arts and art practices with a focus on local and regional artists.
- Knowledge of University policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Experience developing content for webpages and social media platforms.
- Ability to effectively transmit and interpret information through appropriate communication with internal and external customers.
