Education Required
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business or Management, Public Health, Health Administration or a related Health Industry discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Required Qualifications
- Project Management experience, typically 1 - 3 years implementing and managing multiple medium to large-scale programs/projects.
- Demonstrated ability to engage and lead operations project in health care or other relevant industry.
- Proficiency in key performance improvement techniques including current state assessment, KPI development, and workflow mapping / redesign
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with a strong focus on customer service utilizing established PMO Program/Project Management methodology, processes, procedures, tools, and techniques to improve quality measures and metrics.
- Ability to lead process improvement activities to make enhancement recommendations and implement workflow and business process changes.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with all levels of management and project team members.
- Demonstrated strong project management, organizational and facilitation skills.
- Experience leading teams and people to successfully implement change utilizing a positive, cando attitude to inspire others.
- Proficient in Project Management tools such as MS Project, MS Word, MS Excel, MS SharePoint, MS Visio, and MS PowerPoint.
- Experience with the concept of the PMBOK (Project Management Book of Knowledge) and applying project management principles, methodology & processes, tools & techniques to managing projects.
- Ability to simultaneously lead multiple small to largescale projects.

- Understanding of key concepts and terms (e.g., implicit bias) frequently used in the context of discussions on DEI and efforts to address institutional racism, sexism, and other forms of bias.
- Project Management experience within a health care delivery setting.
- Demonstrated ability to engage as individual contributor in successful project management and implementation.
- Preference will be given to candidates with educational and certification credentials combined with Project Management experience in an operational health care industry.
- A Master's degree in Business Administration, Business or Management, Public Health, Health Administration, or a related discipline.
- PMI Project Management Professional (PMP), Master Certificate in Project Management, Public Heath Certification or Informatics Certificate, Prince2, AIPM Certified Practicing Project Manager (CPPM), ITILv3, Lean, Agile and/or Six Sigma certification.
