Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Care or related field or an equivalent amount of education and experience. 
  • 3+ years of related, progressively responsible experience in health care administration, business or operational planning with proven success in facilitating projects.
  • Outstanding project management skills to lead projects, identify business needs, provide effective solutions and manage the necessary resources to accomplish goals and objectives.
  • Ability to direct project scope, planning and tracking while meeting timeline and budget goals.
  • Demonstrated strong ability to translate complex data/information into simple, actionable insights.
  • Demonstrated experience working with and managing relationships with senior level administration or leaders and ability to influence and motivate organizational constituencies.
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully influence key stakeholders, integrating ideas to achieve outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage financial, organizational, and staff resources.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize work to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communications skills. Ability to communicate complex information to all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in MS Software (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and project management software applications.
  • Demonstrated experience working effectively in a diverse environment.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Project Management certification (PMP) or relevant project management certification.
  • Master's degree in Business, Health Care or related field.
  • Experience in health care.
  • Process Improvement, Lean, Six Sigma certification and/or experience.
  • Experience working in PMO within health care/hospital operations.
  • Operational and/or financial management experience in an academic health care setting.
