Project Manager, Strategic Implementation
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business or an equivalent amount of education and experience.
- 3+ years of related, progressively responsible experience in health care administration, business, or operational planning with proven success in facilitating projects.
- Outstanding project management skills to lead projects, identify business needs, provide effective solutions, and manage the necessary resources to accomplish goals and objectives.
- Ability to direct project scope, planning, and tracking while meeting timeline and budget goals.
- Demonstrated strong ability to translate complex information into simple, actionable insights.
- Experience working with and managing relationships with senior-level administration or leaders and ability to influence and motivate organizational constituencies.
- Successfully influencing key stakeholders, integrating ideas to achieve outcomes.
- Management of financial, organizational, and staff resources.
- Capacity to manage multiple projects and prioritize work to meet deadlines.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to communicate complex information to all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in MS Software (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and project management software applications.
Desired Qualifications:
- Project Management certification (PMP) or relevant project management certification.
- Master's degree in Business, Health Care, or a related field.
- Experience in health care.
- Process Improvement, Lean, Six Sigma certification and/or experience.
- Experience working in PMO within health care/hospital operations.
- Operational and/or financial management experience in an academic health care setting.
