Project & Operations Manager
Position Qualifications
Education or Equivalency Required
Bachelor’s degree in project or construction management or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
3-5 years of experience in project management, skilled trades activities or general construction
Demonstrated experience in managing personnel in a professional manner that includes periods of stressful deadlines and available resources
Demonstrated project management with a focus on developing relationship and partnerships
Previous administrative (leadership) experience
Demonstrated effective, thorough and excellent verbal and written communication.
3 or more years of supervisory experience including talent acquisition and performance management
Desirable Qualifications
2 or more years’ experience in complex project management in a health care environment
Demonstrated experience in developing and managing priorities to achieve operational and capital budgets
Demonstrated knowledge to ensure regulatory compliance with The Joint Commission, NFPA, OSHA, and other health care codes
Demonstrated experience managing a computerized maintenance management software system to create efficient and corrective and preventative maintenance operations
Demonstrated knowledge of overall building engineering including HVAC, electrical, preventative and corrective maintenance and repair
Demonstrated experience in continuous improvement to improve a hospital’s physical environment and infrastructure
