Education Requirements

* A Baccalaureate Degree in an appropriate discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

 

Experience Requirements

* 1-3 years of experience in performance improvement initiatives

* Demonstrated ability to prioritize and work independently

* Experience in managing multiple tasks simultaneously

* Proficient with computer software applications and ability to formulate tables, analyze data, and retrieve data via queries

* Experience creating professional presentations

* Experience with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

* Demonstrated excellence in critical thinking, independent decision-making, time management, and in written and verbal communication skills

 

Desired Qualifications

* Previous project management experience

* Previous experience with MS Visio

* Previous experience with EPIC is desired
