Education Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field or a combination of relevant work experience and education.  

 

Required Qualifications

  • 3 years’ experience minimum typically required. 
  • Experience managing projects including implementation, tracking and follow up.  
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills.  
  • Ability to operate various software applications used for data collection and reporting, such as Microsoft Excel, SPSS, Qualtrics, or similar survey programs. 
  • Strong communication skills. 
  • Ability to use resources and knowledge to meet or exceed organizational goals in a cooperative and respectful way. 



Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in setting up systems for data collection and tracking. 
  • Experience with accreditation and certification procedures preferably for Education programs.  
  • Experience with managing organization change. 
  • Master’s Degree in Education, Business, Evaluation or related field.
