Quality & Operations Improvement Specialist - Population Health
Required:
A Bachelor’s Degree in or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
1-3 years of experience in performance improvement initiatives
1-3 years of healthcare experience
Demonstrated ability to prioritize and work independently
Experience in managing multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficient with computer software applications and ability to formulate tables, analyze data, and retrieve data via queries
Experience creating professional presentations
Experience with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Demonstrated excellence in critical thinking, independent decision-making, time management, and in written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated experience working effectively in a welcoming and respectful workplace environment.
Desired:
Project management experience
Experience with Epic
Experience value-based quality programs, including HEDIS, ACO, and/or STARS
