- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Working knowledge of Salesforce or CRM with demonstrated experience in a highly computerized environment, including database management.
- Typically 1 to 3 years of job-related experience in a client focused, administrative role.
- Demonstrated competency and working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite ( including Word, Excel and Access).
- Extensive written and verbal communication skills; able to communicate and interact effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to work as a team member under pressure, multi-task, and adapt to change.
- Demonstrated high attention to detail.
- Demonstrated problem solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to interact positively with a diverse population.
- Working knowledge and experience in providing customer service in a professional environment.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to meet and maintain UI Fleet Safety Standards.
- Ability to travel
- Previous graduate-level admissions/recruiting experience or sales/marketing experience.
- Basic knowledge of University policies, procedures, and systems (including HRIS, MAUI, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of ActOn.
