Rehabilitation Therapies Manager - North Liberty Hospital
Education Requirements
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in occupational/physical therapy. If bachelor’s, must have a master’s degree in another field.
Experience Requirements
At least three (3) years of comprehensive progressive healthcare leadership/administrative experience.
Experience in financial management, data analysis, practice management, and human resources.
Experience with budget management (e.g., regular use of institutional financial reports to meet monthly and annual targets).
Demonstrated ability to lead change.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence.
Professional experience working effectively with individuals from a variety of backgrounds and perspectives.
Desired Qualifications
10+ years of experience as an occupational or physical therapist.
5+ years of experience in a leadership role.
A bachelor’s degree or higher in administration, leadership/management.
Previous experience in an academic medical center.
Previous experience in the administration and management of clinical settings.
Demonstrated results in improving patient experience levels.
Demonstrated results in improving clinical operations.
Experience working within a matrix reporting structure.
Experience managing in a unionized environment.
Experience with program development.
