Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
Minimum of 6 months prior office experience in an administrative setting
Prior budgetary experience 
Excellent Computer Skills:  Microsoft Office, Outlook, Work Powerpoint, Excel 
Excellent written and verbal skills
Demonstrated experience working effectively in a diverse environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; understanding of the necessity and value of accuracy and attention to detail; ability to process information with high levels of accuracy, as demonstrated at a working proficiency level.
Positive, friendly, and polite personality is an important requirement.

Desirable Qualifications
Experience working with grant submissions. 
Accounting experience is desired
Demonstrates working ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups, or activities, making effective judgments as to prioritizing and time allocation.
Experience working with manuscript preparation, as well as ability to use reference management software.
