REQUIRES:

  • Bachelor’s degree in biology, molecular biology, anatomy and/or physiology, biochemistry, genetics, or equivalent; or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Typically requires 6 months experience including: DNA Cloning, or PCR, or DNA/RNA isolations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Desirable:

  • Experience with immunohistochemistry, tissue harvesting and embedding, paraffin section, and protein assays. Candidates with prior experience of working with mice will be prioritized for consideration.
  • Mouse handling, husbandry, and genotyping.
  • Demonstrated experience working in a collaborative environment.
  • Previous experience with laboratory ordering and financial tracking.
