Research Assistant
A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
Experience with ELISA, protein isolation and quantification, protein electrophoresis is required.
Knowledge of protein purification and immunology is required.
Knowledge of molecular biology such as PCR, DNA/RNA techniques is required.
Demonstrated strong organizational and computer skills are required.
Flexibility and ability to multitask is required.
Excellent time management is required.
Experience working with mice is highly desirable.
Experience with computer software applications including Microsoft Access or File Maker Pro databases is highly desirable.
Experience with serum or plasma handling is highly desirable.
Experience with complement assays is highly desirable.
