Research Associate

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Successful completion of the pharmacy technician certification exam within twelve months of the start of employment.

Minimum of 1 years’ experience in pharmacy or research setting.

Job related experience with a commitment to diversity in the work environment.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent interpersonal skills, creating positive working relationships with team members including healthcare providers, vendors and pharmacy staff.

Job related experience in a hospital setting.

A Master of Science in healthcare/management related advanced degree such as an MHA, MPH or MBA.

Experience with automation/technology, human resources management, project management and Epic electronic health record.

Ability to effectively multi-task, keeping multiple initiatives moving forward simultaneously.
