Education Required:

Bachelor’s degree in a social science, social work, or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Required Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in conducting in-person and telephone interviews with consumers of behavioral health/substance use treatment services.
  • Demonstrated ability to enter, organize, and manipulate data using a statistical application
  • Demonstrated ability to work with sensitive information and maintain confidentiality regarding protected information.
  • Flexible schedule; available to work day, evening and weekend hours as needed.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to meet University of Iowa Fleet Services standards

Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in a social science, social work, or related field.
  • Familiarity with substance use disorder services/programs in Iowa
