Research Associate - Bosch Laboratory, Department of Pathology
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a biological science, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2 or more years of research experience
- Experience in the design, gathering, recording, and analyzing of experimental data, along with the use of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly Desired Qualifications
- Experience with bacterial culture
- Experience with protein gel electrophoresis
- Experience with PCR, restriction digests, and DNA electrophoresis
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with bacterial genetics
- Experience with protein purification
- Experience with mass spectrometry
- Experience using mice in research, including mouse surgery
- Prior experience with protein purification
- Prior experience with laboratory organization and/or management
