Education Required:

  • A Master’s or AuD degree in Audiology or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Required Qualifications:

  • Sufficient relevant work experience, typically three years’ related experience.
  • Demonstrated experience at a working level proficiency conducting standardized assessment methods.
  • Demonstrated experience at a working level proficiency with hearing aid verification and validation methods.
  • Ability and willingness to travel.
  • Ability to have a flexible work schedule.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and working experience with database programs, word processing programs.
  • Highly dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Valid driver’s license and the ability to meet and maintain University Driving Policy standards.

Desired Qualifications:

  • AuD or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Audiology license in the State of Iowa.
  • Demonstrated experience working with adults and children.
  • Demonstrated experience working with a research program.

Compensation:

  • Pay Level 5A
