POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Education Requirement

Bachelor’s Degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience.

Required Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or research role.
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully communicate with internal and external constituents.
  • Demonstrated experience collaboratively working to problem solve.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, planning, and follow-up skills.
  • Proficiency in working with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.

Desired Qualifications

  • Master’s degree.
  • Research support, grant, or Institutional Review Board experience.
  • Knowledge of University of Iowa Policies and Procedures.
