Revenue Cycle Representative - Radiology Reception/Scheduling

6 months or more of related customer service experience in a health care related environment.

Experience with Radiology preauthorization process.

Excellent and effective written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

The ability to maintain professionalism while handling difficult situations.

Self-motivated with initiative to seek out additional responsibilities, tasks and projects.

Proficiency with computer software applications, i.e. Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) or comparable programs.

Strong attention to detail and proven ability to gather and analyze date and keep accurate records.

Demonstrated ability to handle complex situations with minimal supervision.

EPIC Experience.

Knowledge of University of Iowa policies and procedures.
