Senior Accountant
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Accounting or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Typically, 1 year accounting experience is required.
- Demonstrated excellent customer service skills interacting in person, on the phone or via email.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated strong problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated competence, analytical skills, and report presentation.
- Must be proficient with software applications with the ability to create, manipulate and extensively use Microsoft Excel.
Desired Qualifications:
- Knowledge of University polices/procedures.
- Asset Management experience.
- Familiarity with PeopleSoft Financials, E-Pro, and AP/PO systems.
- Beyond 3 years’ accounting experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Access.
