Senior Application Developer, Cherwell Application
Education Required
- Experience in the development and/or support of applications used by non-technical customers to support and enhance business processes, typically 5-7 years for Senior Developer in leadership roles including experience with programming tools, a comprehensive understanding of database technologies.
- Experience contributing to the support, configuration and development of at least one IT Service Management tool
- Experience working with application owners and/or vendors to analyze system and integration requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with a strong focus on customer service utilizing established processes and procedures
- Demonstrated knowledge of and experience with basic project management
- Demonstrated ability using programming languages and tools for customizing vendor application software
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with technical and non-technical staff on system implementation projects
- Demonstrated job-related experience with and/or commitment to diversity in a work/academic environment
- Experience supporting Cherwell in a healthcare or academic setting
- Demonstrated knowledge of and experience with any of the following data management methods: APIs, data imports, system integrations
- Cherwell training related but not limited to the following: Cherwell Certified Administrator, CSM Foundations, Designer Essentials
- Proven ability to write application test scripts
- Experience implementing workflow, automated process and publishing blueprints
- Project Management experience implementing and managing multiple small to large-scale projects.
- Understanding of the University General Ledger System
- Experience with database design and table management
